Founder Circles

There’s nothing quite like being in a room of people who’ve sat in your exact chair and know firsthand what it means to shoulder the weight of a company. Circles are closed, facilitated spaces where startup CEOs connect with others who’ve been through it.

What You Can Expect

Circles are confidential, focused, and grounded in real experience. They are built around honest conversations, shared insight, and the tools that actually help founders stay steady as they lead.

✺ Real Peers

Everyone in the Circle is a founder. No guests, no spectators, just people who understand the stakes because they’re living them too.

✺ Facilitated Space

Each Circle is guided by a founder who’s been there, creating structure, safety, and momentum for conversations that actually matter.

✺ Shared Insight

Founders bring different lenses to similar problems. What’s been solved before can help unlock what you’re facing now.

✺ Confidential by Design

What’s said in the room stays in the room. No recordings. No summaries. No risk of words being taken out of context.

✺ Time to Reflect

This is time carved out for you, not to pitch, update, or perform, but to step back and gain perspective.

✺ Tools That Stick

Circles include practical wellness, strategies, and wellness routines that founders actually use.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Circles are centered around honest, founder-to-founder conversation. Circles are lightly facilitated and often start with a check-in, move into deeper shares on a topic, and surface lessons or tools that other founders have found helpful in similar moments. Some founders come with a specific challenge in mind (be it investor pressure or personal burnout); others just need space to think out loud.

  • At this time, Circles are for startup CEOs who have raised some capital and are leading companies between Seed Stage and Series B. That said, we also run cohorts for earlier-stage founders who haven’t yet raised but are navigating the emotional weight of building something big. Everyone is vetted to ensure they’re a fit for their Circle so that sessions stay relevant, grounded, and resonant.

  • Circles are typically 6 to 10 founders, vetted for fit with their fellow members. We keep them small enough for real connection, but dynamic enough for meaningful shared insight. Fit matters more than headcount.

  • Circles typically meet every other week for 75 minutes. Right now we host Circles in curated venues across New York City—quiet, comfortable spaces designed for privacy and depth. We’re planning to expand to more cities soon. Reach out if you’d like to bring this to your city.

  • No. Circles might feel therapeutic, but they are not clinical care. These are founder-led peer sessions with structure, psychological safety, and honesty at the core.

  • You don’t have to be sure. Reach out and we’ll help you think it through. We’d love to talk about what you’re looking for and whether this format is the right fit for you right now.
